The Solveering Company was started in 2009 during the Great Recession as a way to initially provide continued consulting services after being laid off. As a single owner-operator, satisfied customers was not only considered a source of professional pride but also a necessity for continued work and employment.
Initially, things ran slowly and jobs were few and far between so an obsessive phase of learning new technology and skills went hand in hand with growth and expansion.
Today, still a single-operator company, a vast number of skills have been added and multiple service providers included in the portfolio, allowing for complex projects to be handled with best in class quality and capability.

Work Terms
Hours of operation are usually 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional emails outside of that. We prefer clear terms and ongoing and frequent communication. Payment terms will vary, but expect a Net 30 day term. As most projects involve a high level of R&D, hourly compensation is preferred as this allows for unexpected situations - rather than trying to find shortcuts, the problems are then actually solved.
