Work Terms
Irrespective of number of work hours per day, I focus on the milestone/deadline and put my effort accordingly to meet the target. Regarding payment, if the assigned project is to be delivered based on Milestones, need to get payed after release of each milestone. In case of fixed cost project, payment is due upon receipt of task closure mail/invoice.
