ERP workflow automation for ops teams — exceptions, approvals, audit trails, dashboards & integrations. Fixed-scope 30–60 day pilots.

I build workflow automation and internal business systems that help operations teams replace spreadsheet/email-heavy processes with structured, reliable software.

My name is Stephan, based in Cape Town, and I run VSG Tech Solutions. I’m your delivery lead and main point of contact. When needed, I bring in vetted UI/testing support under my supervision—so you get one accountable owner with scalable capacity.

What I typically deliver:
• ERP-adjacent automation for distributors/manufacturers (invoice matching & exceptions, GRV/receiving workflows, order capture and validations)
• Secure internal portals (login, RBAC, audit trails, approvals/exceptions)
• API integrations + data sync + exports (CSV/Excel)
• Dashboards & reporting for ops/finance KPIs

Work Terms

Availability: Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 SAST (UTC+2). Can overlap US/UK hours when needed.
Delivery: Milestone-based fixed scope with weekly demos/status updates.
Communication: Guru messages + email, optional weekly call for active projects.
Response time: Within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Preferred payments: 50% to start, 30% mid, 20% on go-live
Change control: Anything outside agreed scope is handled via a written change request.
