Office Administrator - Expert Level MS Office

?As an office manager for the past 3 ½ years, I have been the hub for the office. Not only am I the hub for the office, but I am also very capable of supporting any level of management and my executives proficiently. My key role in supporting senior management is to record all types of dictation and to meet any agendas of the organization. I have prepared reports, reporting templates and numerous presentations that have helped my colleagues and senior management with day to day operations. I have been trusted with maintaining confidential reports and files along with joining conference calls that are highly confidential regarding payroll and salary of employees, etc. I have always maintained the highest performance standards within a diverse range of administrative functions. I have experience in managing all new hires, terminations, payroll, benefits and making sure the office runs smoothly.

Apart from this, as an Executive Administrative Assistant, I am able to schedule meetings, prepare travel arrangements, maintain contacts, and assist with multiple projects.
