I spent seven years embedded with a global institutional asset manager (via Tata Consultancy Services) owning regulated control reporting — information barriers and MNPI surveillance, CFTC Rule 4.13(a)(3) CPO exemption testing, MiFID II best execution and futures threshold monitoring — and rebuilding those reports from the underlying regulatory logic rather than inheriting them as black boxes. That rebuild work cut the monthly/quarterly attestation cycle by 92% (38 hours to 3) without weakening the audit trail.
I now own the churn, LTV and retention metric definitions used across the commercial functions of a Lima-based gaming operator, running cohort and lifecycle analysis and applying incrementality reasoning to retention spend.
