Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to explore roles in sales, marketing, and operations, and in that time, I discovered that I not only thrive in providing administrative support but genuinely enjoy it. From managing executive calendars and inboxes to curating meeting agendas and reports, and organizing digital files and documents, I have consistently delivered value by bringing order and efficiency to fast-paced environments.
Though my academic background is in Law, I have continuously honed my administrative and organizational skills through hands-on experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Asana. Whether supporting leadership teams or coordinating projects remotely, I bring a solutions-driven mindset and a high level of professionalism to every task.
In my current role as Assistant Secretary General 2 for the Lagos Model United Nations, I have led initiatives in people management and process optimization. One of my highlights was managing a fully virtual recruitment process using Zoom’s Breakout Rooms, allowing me and my team to efficiently interview over 150 applicants in a single session, a significant improvement from the usual in-person approach.
Additionally, during my internship at the Lex Lata Centre, I led the Seminars Committee, utilizing Notion to manage tasks in preparation for a major lecture event, which I also had the honor of moderating.
I don’t just execute tasks, I look for smarter ways to do things, and I am passionate about identifying problems and proposing solutions that simplify work and improve collaboration.
As a freelance administrative assistant, I am excited to bring that same energy and expertise to your business. Let’s chat about how I can support your goals and help you stay focused on what matters most.
