Senior Customer support Specialist
Have worked for American and UK clients as a Helpdesk team member and as a Tier one agent for AT&T data centres .
Responsibilities include to answer phone calls from customers and provide solutions to them .
Escalate issues to Level 2 teams for technical issues and follow it up until closure . Provide regular updates to customers regarding the resolution and act as a liaison between customers and other teams .
Act as the single point of contact for all customer issues .
Document the interaction in the Service desk tool and ensure that all the information are properly documented in the Service management system .
Flexible and can be negotiated .
