Work Terms

1. Communication & Availability
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (with flexibility for urgent needs)
- Primary communication via Guru.com messaging, or scheduled video calls
- Response time within 24 hours on business days

2. Project Engagement
- Each project starts with a requirements discussion and a mutually agreed-upon scope
- Clear milestones and deliverables will be defined before beginning development
- Regular updates and demo sessions provided at key project stages

3. Payment Terms
- Prefer milestone-based payments through Guru.com's SafePay for security
- For fixed-price projects: payment upon completion of each milestone
- For hourly contracts: weekly timesheets and billing as tracked via Guru platform

4. Revisions & Support
- Reasonable revisions included within the agreed scope for each deliverable
- Post-delivery support and bug fixes available for 15 days after final sign-off (additional ongoing support by arrangement)
- Detailed documentation and training provided as part of project completion

5. Confidentiality
- All client information, data, and project materials are treated as strictly confidential
- Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request


6. Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and related tools
- Strict adherence to best practices for security, privacy (GDPR), and organizational IT policies

7. Professional Conduct
