I have been working in BPO industry since 2011. I started my first job in a call center and the campaign was for a Travel agency. I used to sell travel packages by taking credit card information from the customers. After that I have worked in various campaigns which include appointment setting, lead generation, survey, direct sales etc. More about myself I can say I like reading books, watching movies, hanging out with my friends. And I can say I am very dedicated to my work and I value time and relationship more than anything.
