• Inventory control:
In this position my job is to make sure that every code, every location and every count is accurate and matches the products that we physically have on inventory with what our system is showing.
• Customer service representative, scheduler and Dock clerk:
In this position my job is to take calls and transfer them to the right office, give directions to the facility, help truck drivers to verify date and time of appointments and schedule or reschedule appointments requested by carriers or customers.
I also had to take care of truck drivers, inbound and outbound check ins and outs.

In this position my job was to scan every phone’s main board. I was the “bridge” between the damage and the good ones so every board had its unique color coded barcode that told me if the board was good or had any type of damage.
Then that board was sent to the correct station for testing and assembling.
