Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30)
Availability: We are flexible and can adjust working hours to accommodate client time zones for meetings, standups, and deadlines.
Response Time: We aim to respond to all messages within 12–24 hours, depending on urgency.
💳 Payment Terms
Hourly Projects: Tracked using Upwork’s time tracker with detailed work logs.
Fixed-Price Projects: Based on clearly defined milestones with upfront agreement.
Invoicing & Payment: Invoices are generated upon milestone completion or weekly for hourly contracts. We appreciate prompt payment as per platform terms.

Primary Communication: Upwork Messages for regular updates and file sharing.
Meetings & Calls: Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams (scheduled as needed).
