To deliver superlative Virtual Assistant services to support clients with business tasks and personal goals.

Worked over two years as a business office coordinator for a Senior living facility. During that time, I was responsible for establishing ongoing procedures to collect and review billing and account information. Also, I was responsible for maintaining team member personnel information such as workforce processing, updating personnel files and training records. Other responsibilities included processing bi-weekly payroll, responding to payroll department, and keeping up with trends, regulations and business control.

Work Terms

Business hours are from 9 am to 9 pm (PST). My requested hourly wage is at minimum $8/hr. or depending on the level on services provided. Fixed rates on certain jobs are negotiable. I'm available for part-time, full-time, and individual assignments.
