Work Terms
1. Communication:
I am available for communication Monday through Friday from 6PM to 4AM [Your Time Zone].
Communication will primarily be through the Guru.com messaging system and email.
Regular project updates will be provided to keep you informed about the progress.
2. Payments:
Payment terms are negotiable, but a standard 50% upfront payment may be required for new clients or larger projects.
Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
Payments can be made securely through the Guru.com platform.
3. Project Scope:
The scope of the project will be clearly defined and agreed upon before commencement.
Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost, subject to mutual agreement.
4. Revisions:
A reasonable number of revisions are included in the project fee.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.
5. Deliverables:
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon file formats.
Source files may be available upon request and may involve an additional fee.
6. Timelines:
Project timelines will be outlined in the project proposal.
Timely feedback and prompt responses from the client are crucial to maintaining the project schedule.
7. Confidentiality:
I respect client confidentiality and am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.
8. Feedback:
