I’m Ted and I’m a manager of a team of virtual assistants. I have worked in the call center industry for a total of 9 years. I've been an agent and a VA for 5 years and as a Supervisor and Manager for 4 years. I also have experience as a sales manager in an insurance company for almost a year. I was a VA for a couple of lenders based in California for 2 years as a Concierge Professional and Office Assistant. I am used to take inbound and outbound calls, answer and send emails, manage leads using multiple CRMs, Floify and in Pipedrive, setting up campaigns in Mailchimp and setting up appointments with leads and agents for the client using Google calendar and Calendly. I was also a VA for a couple of real estate office in Colorado and a lender from Georgia which also have their own platforms. I manage property listings in CMLS, do marketing analysis, e-contracts, emails, a little blogging, inbound/outbound calls, generate call lists using Vulcan 7 and manage the showing appointments.
Given these experience, I have trained and created a team of virtual assistants and I believe anybody from my team including me have the skills and capability to be a successful Virtual Assistant as I have managed around 40 VA’s in different line of businesses which include logistics, technical, sales and ecommerce in the past. I also make sure how to do the VA’s work in case I need to cover for the VA so I know how to get things done and get it done right. I also coach and train VA’s on areas of improvement and be a Quality Analyst at the same time to ensure all VA’s meet if not exceed their client’s expectations.
