Work Terms

**Hours of Operation:**
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EAT (Ethiopia Time)
• Weekend projects accepted with advance notice

**Communication:**
• Primary: Guru Messages
• Response time: Within 12–24 hours
• Daily updates provided for ongoing projects

**Payment Terms:**
• Hourly rate: $7/hour (billed in 15-minute increments)
• Minimum project: $25
• Payment via Guru's secured payment system only
• Invoices sent weekly/monthly based on agreement

**Project Terms:**
• 1–2 revision rounds included
• Source files/materials must be provided by client
• Confidentiality guaranteed for all client data
• Delivery via Guru or email as preferred

**Availability:**
• Currently accepting new clients
• Estimated start: Within 1–2 business days
