I started developing web systems over 25 years ago. I've worked with technical documentation for 30, and have spent quite a bit of time on various analysis efforts during those years. I've worked internationally, developed business, and developed financial models for international trade. One of my services is editing technical materials written by non-native English speakers for publication in English. Another service is assistance with the requirements for publication.
I've spent 25 years working with relational database systems - SQL, MS Access, MySQL, designing, building, and recovering therm. I've moved older systems to the web and rapidly prototyped models. Having the data needed is the first step in being able to do any analysis. Then, being able to visualize the data can make trends and corrections easier to see and easier for the business to manage.
Work Terms
Once we get started, we will have agreed on the work to be done and I will have given you some idea of what to expect. I normally respond within a few minutes. Sometimes, it may take an hour or two, depending on where you are and what time of day you sent the message. I always respond as soon as I see a message come through.
For meetings, there are phone and web conferencing options.
I actively confirm what is wanted and do my best to deliver. Where there are technical issues, I look for them early so they are easier to address. Every issue and every milestone achieved is documented in the project log. That way, it's easy to follow progress and easy to find any agreed changes or issues.
