Work Terms
Payment: Projects can be billed hourly or at a fixed price, with secure payment through the platform. For larger projects, a 20% upfront deposit is preferred.
Working Hours: Available for communication and project updates Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT+2). Response time within 24 hours.
Project Delivery: Each project includes design mockups, development, testing, and final delivery. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction.
Support & Maintenance: Post-delivery support is available for bug fixes and minor adjustments for up to 2 weeks. Extended support can be arranged as needed.
Scope Changes & Cancellation: Any changes to the project scope can be discussed and agreed upon. Major changes or cancellations may require adjustment in pricing.
