Professional Translator (English/Swedsh/Bulgarian)
I am partially employed by the Swedish ticketing company "Ticketmaster" (www.ticketmaster.se) as Deputy Team Leader of the Customer Support department.
My job as part of Ticketmaster, includes handling emails, social media accounts and assisting the main Team Leader in reaching all required targets for the department. I have written literally tens of thousands of emails, a statement which is not an exaggeration, as you can see in the photo evidence I have provided from my Ticketmaster email statistics.
For the time being, I hold the number one position on my department's leaderboard, having written approximately 28 000 emails, over the course of about 2 years.
During this time, I have also managed to perfect my customer support skills, meaning that I am perfectly familiarized with the "agent-customer" etiquette which is vital for such interactions.
I am also an experienced translator, working with various types of translations from three different languages - Bulgarian (native), English (native), Swedish
