I have been a Customer Service Representative for more than 11 years handling the US and Australian customers. My work experience had enhanced my computer skills both in Microsoft Word and Excel. I am fast and quick with web researching as well as have a good common sense especially as I understand that doing data entry and/or virtually assisting requires it.
