A biochemistry graduate who also is a highly motivated, proficient virtual assistant with a
strong track record of delivering top performance. I have great knowledge of virtual features
as I have done research on it while undergoing virtual assistant trainings and currently I have
an established website of my own.
I have a great passion for working as a virtual assistant and I am always available to learning
all the newest and updated materials in order to improve my skills and offer better results.
Besides, I have a strong communicative and convincing skill to deal with any kind of
customers.
To further add to this, I have a personal room with all kinds of virtual purpose tools, ranging
from a laptop computer, a strong internet connection, a cell phone, a printer and so on to
ensure 24hours availability to my clients.
I have over 5 years’ experience as an administrator, 3 out of these years were acquired from
working as a Business Development Executive (B.D.E) with health line limited a subsidiary of
MYLAN, I can guarantee accurate, high-quality work in a turnaround time of that discussed
or less.

Work Terms

BUSINESS HOURS
I am generally available for work, email contact, messaging and telephone/Skype calls during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. WAT (GMT +01.00).
CHARGEABLE HOURS
Any agreed service, including scheduled telephone/Skype calls, falls under chargeable hours. However, there is an exception for any written communication with the client, such as email and text messages, will not be billed.
COMMUNICATION
Email is preferred, but texting and messaging through WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or Skype is acceptable. Telephone/Skype calls are always planned in advance to avoid any possible interferences. I respond to non-urgent emails within a day (24 Hours) or on the first working day and to urgent emails as soon as I can.
PROGRAMS/SOFTWARE
On a regular basis, I work with Calendly (appointment setting), Dropbox (cloud storage), Google Docs & Drive or Microsoft Office (word processing and data entry), RocketReach (Lead Generation), Verifyemailaddress (Email verification), Google Search (Data Scrapping), Alexa (Web Analytic Service), Evernote (notes & lists), Clockify (time-tracking) and Last Pass (password management). Most of these programs are suitable for sharing and collaborating and clients will never be charged for my use of any of the programs I choose to work with. Using a program of the client’s choice is always possible, provided that the client will cover any fees.
TIME-TRACKING
Time will be tracked in increments of one minute, rounded to the closest minute. I use specialised software from Clockify for accurate time-tracking.
REGULAR PRICING PACKAGE
Standard hourly package is $15 per hour.
But in a case where a client wants to offer a job that would last over 20hours, there would be a 20% discount in the initial standard hourly pricing.
