Work Terms
We work on both fixed-price and hourly projects, depending on the scope, complexity and level of ongoing involvement.
Fixed-price projects are divided into clearly defined milestones. Each milestone includes an agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and payment amount. Work begins after the relevant milestone is funded through Guru SafePay.
Hourly projects are tracked and reported according to the agreed working schedule. Urgent work, specialised consulting or short assignments may be quoted at a different rate.
Our standard process is:
Review the project requirements and business objectives
Clarify the scope, technical constraints and deliverables
Prepare an estimate and milestone plan
Begin work after approval and funding
Provide regular progress updates and staging access
Test the completed functionality
Deliver the source code, documentation and agreed assets
Assist with deployment and technical handover
Reasonable revisions related to the approved scope are included. New features, major design changes or requests outside the original scope are estimated separately before implementation.
Clients are responsible for providing the content, branding assets, access credentials, legal texts and third-party accounts required for the project unless these are explicitly included in the agreement.
Source code and project files are transferred after the related payments are completed. We respect client confidentiality and can sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement when required.
Ongoing maintenance, hosting support, security updates, backups and additional development can be provided under a separate hourly or monthly agreement.
