Good learning design is less about what you teach and more about what learners can do afterward. That distinction shapes every project I take on, whether in a classroom, a corporate setting, or now through Tim Hill Learning Design.
My background spans two decades across corporate technical training and education, with ongoing eLearning development through THLD for corporate, nonprofit, and education-adjacent clients. What connects all of it is a commitment to outcomes over activity, and clarity over complexity.
Work Terms
My hours are M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
Please schedule your initial consult at thill@thilllxd.com. Following the consult, I will provide a Master Service Agreement and Scope of Work that will detail deliverables, payment terms, and timelines. Upon receipt of the signed documents, I will begin work on your project.
