Central Michigan University, Mt.Pleasant, MI, United States with a B.S.B.A. majoring in Accounting
Alpena Community College, Alpena, MI, United States with an Associate Degree in Applied Science
Certificate of completion - H&R Income Tax Course

Work Experience:
Tax Accounting and Bookkeeping - 7 years of experience with keeping books for companies, processing payroll, tracking benefits for employees, and preparing tax returns (Individuals, sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, and Corporations)

Management - 17 years experience in managing staff - currently oversee a call center of 100+ agents. Also, manage as a freelancer in my spare time.

Data Entry - 17 years experience in data entry,. very familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Business Presentations - 17 years experience in Business Presentations - very familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
