I operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT). Weekend availability is limited but can be arranged for urgent projects or deadlines with prior notice.
Response Time
All messages are acknowledged within 1–3 hours. Active projects receive priority communication to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
Communication Style:
Clear, concise, and goal-oriented communication is my standard. I provide structured updates, milestones, and actionable recommendations to keep projects aligned with business objectives.
Preferred channels: Guru WorkRoom, and scheduled Zoom or Google Meet calls for strategy discussions.
Project Workflow:

Payment Terms:
• Projects are milestone-based for transparency and risk management
• Hourly projects are billed weekly through Guru SafePay
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted before execution
Revisions Policy:
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Major changes or scope shifts may require timeline and cost adjustments.
Client Responsibilities:
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to provide:
• Required content, branding assets, and product information
• Acc ess to Shopify/admin tools where necessary
• Prompt feedback during review phases
Confidentiality:
All client data, store ac cess, and business information are treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for project execution.
Post-Project Support:
I provide a short post-delivery support window to address minor adjustments and ensure a smooth transition. Ongoing support and optimization packages are available upon request.
