Work Terms

Availability & Communication:
I am available Monday through Saturday and can adjust my schedule to fit your time zone. I check my messages frequently and will respond to any inquiries within 1–2 hours. I prefer keeping all project communication inside the Guru Workroom to ensure everything is tracked properly.

Payment Terms:
For our mutual security, I require all employers to fully fund SafePay (Guru's secure escrow system) before I begin working on a project. For larger projects, I am happy to break the project down into smaller milestones.

Revisions & Quality Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I provide unlimited minor revisions on all translations, transcriptions, and designs until you are 100% satisfied with the final result.
