I have been working in the field of education and talent development for the last 10 years—as a teacher, trainer, instructional designer and curriculum developer. About half of that time has been dedicated to working virtually on elearning projects, where I've created interactive modules with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, as well as developing other types of courses and learning experiences using various LMSs and digital tools (Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Audition and more).

I am fully dedicated to my craft as a designer of impactful learning experiences—I have a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Transition Design, and am continuously learning and pushing myself to better understand how people develop as I create more engaging and transformative experiences for my learners.
Establishing and nurturing productive, long-term relationships with my clients and other stakeholders is central to my livelihood, and I look to do the best work of my career with each new project I take on. My goal is to exceed expectations each and every time, and I do so through clear and honest communication, the integrity of my word, and sending top-quality deliverables that produce results.
