An experienced transcriber and video subtitle specialist with 10 years of experience in general, medical, legal and business transcription. I'm an adept when it comes to accents, topics and number of speakers. I can also work with ESL speakers with thick English accents. Participants are properly identified, industry-related terminology, names of people, places are well-researched and verified to produce a high-quality transcripts. I value accuracy and set a high level of standards for myself as a transcriptionist and will only take a project if I'm 100% sure I can complete at par with my standards. Throughout the process, I give updates with my clients and ensuring them that deliverables are on the right track in their respective turnaround time. VIDEO SUBTITLES/CAPTIONING - Professionally create caption file in SRT, SCC, VTT format or directly burnt-in/synced subtitles into the video using caption software.
DATA ENTRY/ VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - My ample background in customer service support give me an edge to perform data entry/virtual assistant role such as phone calls, answering email queries, scheduling appointment, filing, research, writing/typing documents, copy/paste data etc.
