I'm a freelancer with a passion for translation, bilingual virtual assistance, digital graphic creation, and bilingual digital marketing advertisement design. Work Terms

Payment terms are as follows:
All payments must be processed through Zelle and a 50% deposit is needed to start your project, the remaining balance is due once the project is completed. A late fee will be plied to my discretion if remaining payment is not received within 24 hours of project completion, as well as an early termination fee if the project is canceled by the client once the project has started. I have the right to terminate any project after making an attempt to accommodate the client. If the client is disrespectful or has a demeaning behavior in any way towards my self or my business, the project will be terminated and there will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits. Graphics provided do not grant rights of ownership. There are no refunds credits or exchanges, all sales are final.
For communication, I prefer to use email. I respond quickly to emails, and I find it to be an efficient and reliable form of communication. Thank you for your inquiry and I look forward to working with you.
