Normally we schedule the payment terms as below,
If the project budget is over $300, we follow the below 4 payment terms.
a) 20% as Upfront,
b) 30% on approval of the design
c) 25% on milestones completion
c) 25% (remaining) final payment on project completion and client's possession over the project
If the project budget is below $300, we follow the below 2 payment terms.
• 50% - On the Project Initiation
• 50% - On successful completion of the project.
