CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CONCIERGE/ RECEPTIONIST

Good Day!

I'm Vanessa Joy Cantaco, 30years of age, a Filipina, married, I have a 2 years old son (with nanny). I took up and finished my college course Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

I am a hardworking person, trustworthy and flexible. I can do my job with minor supervision. I know how to deal with clients, irate or not, over the phone or face to face, personal conversation.

I can work using Microsoft Office applications, minor usage only in Excel and Power point. Some features in Google like Hangouts, Dropbox, Gmail. I love visiting Facebook website a lot, posting photos in Instagram and creating my own Facebook Page for business, Skype for voice and video call.

I'm previously employed in the Call Center/BPO industry for almost 2 years as a Customer Service Agent/Representative, Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist. i used to answered inbound calls, handle emails with daily quota, live chat with clients that are usually based in United States. I also had a minor experience troubleshooting and soft selling of newly launched products.

I'm open for suggestions, willing to be trained, to follow your rules and guidelines at work. I'm open for new knowledge that I might learn, new systems and tools.

Work Terms

I am available right away, willing to start ASAP. I can work in shifting schedules, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
