Work Terms

My standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate urgent projects, weekend work, or different time zones when required. I understand that clients often have strict deadlines, and I strive to respond promptly to project requests and complete assignments within the agreed turnaround time.
My regular hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time). However, I remain flexible and can adjust my schedule based on project requirements, provided advance notice is given. For urgent or high-priority tasks, I am willing to extend my working hours whenever possible to ensure client satisfaction.
I value professionalism, transparency, and fairness in all business transactions. Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before the start of each project to ensure clear expectations for both parties.
Payment may be based on the agreed hourly rate, per audio minute, or fixed project fee, depending on the scope and complexity of the transcription work. Once the project details have been finalized, I begin work according to the agreed schedule and deliver high-quality transcripts within the specified deadline.
For long-term or large-volume projects, milestone payments or scheduled payments may be arranged by mutual agreement. For smaller projects, payment is generally expected upon successful completion and client approval of the transcript.
