Work Terms
Dedicated team of software engineers is assigned to the client project and using best practices of our approach turns client needs into working and qualitative software. Project teams cover full cycle of software development from requirements elaboration, software development and testing to deployment and support. We utilise best practices that provide transparency and allow seamless integration into client’s business and technological processes and teams. Our approach is highly consultative and cooperative to minimise client’s efforts to involve offshore teams.
Payments
Hourly rate
Client is charged monthly or biweekly amount of money that is calculated as hourly rate multiplied by 160 hours. Hourly rate is different and depends on developer’s maturity level.
Cost Plus
Client pay developer’s wages plus administration fee. Fee is the same for all developers and doesn’t depend on maturity level.
