Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
We operate Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30). We remain flexible to adjust overlapping hours for clients in other time zones when required.
Payment Terms:
Project-based, milestone-based, or hourly engagements depending on scope.
For fixed projects, we usually request an initial milestone (20–30%) to begin work, with the rest tied to agreed deliverables.
Hourly projects are tracked transparently with detailed timesheets.
Preferred Communication Style:
We value clear and consistent communication.
Preferred channels: Slack/Zoom/Google Meet for regular check-ins.
Weekly or bi-weekly updates depending on project needs, with flexibility for urgent matters.
