The story of Volonté Design began with a shared conviction: that great graphic design requires more than just technical skill—it demands absolute intentionality. Derived from the French word for "will" or "determination," our name reflects the core ethos of our studio. We are a tight-knit team of three multidisciplinary graphic designers who chose to combine our individual freelance experiences into a single, powerhouse collective. We believed that by pooling our distinct creative strengths under one roof, we could offer clients a level of strategy, depth, and agility that single freelancers or rigid, traditional agencies simply cannot match.

Work Terms
Welcome to Volonté Design. To ensure a seamless, professional, and transparent partnership, here is a summary of how our team of three operates:
Operating Procedure: Every project starts with a detailed discovery phase to understand your goals. We then present initial concepts for your feedback. Once a direction is approved, we move into final refinement and asset delivery. Because we are a team of three, every file undergoes strict internal quality checks before it ever reaches your inbox.
Communication Channels: Clear communication is vital. We use Guru’s messaging system as our primary workspace for updates and file sharing. For deeper project alignments or initial kick-offs, we are happy to arrange milestones via scheduled video calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
Availability & Hours: We operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT). You can expect responses to messages well within 12–24 hours on business days.
Turnaround Times: Timelines are milestone-driven and agreed upon before work begins. Smaller design assets are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, while larger projects like full brand identities or multi-page print catalogs generally take 2–3 weeks.
Payment Preferences: We work securely through Guru SafePay. We require a percentage-based milestone deposit to initiate a project, with subsequent milestone payments released upon the successful delivery of approved design phases.
