Scope and deliverables: We define scope, outcomes, and success metrics in writing before work begins.
Schedule: We provide a plan with key milestones. Timelines shift if inputs or approvals arrive late.
Communication: One primary contact on each side. We reply within one business day. Reviews happen in tidy rounds with documented decisions.
Client inputs: You provide brand assets, required permissions, and subject matter expertise. Missing inputs pause delivery timelines.
Revisions: Two focused rounds per stage. Additional rounds are billed at our standard rate.
Quality: We meet modern accessibility checks, sound information architecture, and strong Core Web Vitals on common devices.
Content: You are responsible for factual accuracy and claims. We help structure and edit for clarity.
Third party services: Costs for domains, hosting, company mail, analytics, and similar tools are passed through. We manage setup as needed.
SEO: We deliver technical foundations, clear structure, and content guidance. Rankings depend on market factors beyond our control.
Ownership: Upon full payment you own project specific outputs. Our reusable components, libraries, and processes remain our intellectual property.
Portfolio use: We may show non confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payments: Projects require fifty percent to start and the balance before launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late invoices accrue a two percent monthly fee.
Change requests: Anything outside the agreed scope is estimated and approved before work proceeds.
Acceptance: Launch or live use constitutes acceptance of delivered work. Post launch fixes for documented defects are addressed promptly.
Support and maintenance: Optional ongoing care includes monitoring, updates, minor enhancements, and reporting.
Confidentiality: Both parties keep non public information confidential.
Termination: Either party may end a retainer with fourteen days notice.
