Work Terms

I am available for both hourly and fixed-price projects.

For fixed-price projects, the scope, timeline, deliverables, and milestone payments will be agreed upon before development begins. Larger projects can be divided into several milestones based on features or development phases.

For hourly projects, I will provide regular progress updates and clearly report the time spent on each task.

Payment Terms:
Payments should be funded through Guru SafePay before work begins. For milestone-based projects, payment will be released after each agreed milestone has been completed and reviewed.

Communication:
I provide regular progress updates and respond promptly during the project. Communication can be handled through Guru scheduled online meetings.

Revisions:
Reasonable revisions related to the original requirements are included. New features or changes outside the agreed scope will be estimated and approved separately before implementation.

Project Requirements:
The client should provide all necessary requirements, designs, content, API documentation, accounts, and credentials required for development and testing.

Testing and Support:
All work will be carefully tested before delivery. I provide reasonable post-delivery support for bugs directly related to the completed work. Additional features, ongoing maintenance, and future upgrades can be arranged separately.

Source Code and Confidentiality:
The completed source code and agreed deliverables will be provided after full payment. All client information, source code, business data, and project materials will be treated as confidential.
