Step 1: Discovery
Initial Chat | Research | Expectations | Deliverables

I start each project by first introducing myself and trying to learn as much as I can about my clients and their vision for the project. It is important that we both get a firm grip on the project's scope and requirements as early as possible and make sure that we are both on the same page.

Step 2: Planning & Design
UX/UI | Demo Content | Brand Elements & Graphics

This is where we hammer down and define the key features, functionalities, and structure of the new website, keeping future website users (visitors) as the primary focus. Next, we create the interface that guides users throughout the website, driving them to the various features and contents of the website. Here, we will start to see the project starting to come into focus.

Step 3: Execution
WordPress Development | Content Development

From a beautiful design to a fully-functioning WordPress website, the development phase brings your vision to life. At this stage, I will curate the right set of tools, themes, and plugins required to ensures that the final version of the website will perform exactly as it is intended and expected to.

Step 4: Delivery
Completion | Launch | Follow-Up Plan

After testing and making essential revisions, I present my clients with the finished and fully-functioning WordPress website for approval. After which, we will launch the website and watch it go live!

Step 5: Follow-Up
Ongoing Website Maintenance | On-Demand Support

During the next three months, after the website goes live, we will monitor the overall state of the website. We will closely watch its performance and fix any issues that may be found through real-world usage. This is a good time for you to decide whether you would like us to keep us around for regular website maintenance, on-demand support, and even content management going forward.
