Training Reports Auto-Sequences & Reports $154 and dm hour
24/7 Emergency Phone/ Remote Support
Level 1 - Response Time 2 to 4 hours $170 an hour $170 minimum
Level 1 - 3 or more devices or services down, complete system failure
Level 2 - Response Time 4 to 16 hours $120 an hour (quarter hour increments)
Level 2- 2 device or 2 services down, credit card issues, interfacing issues
Level 3 - Response Time 24 to 48 hours $90 an hour (quarter hour increments)
Level 3 - general support menu item programing, pricing, operation questions *non-emergency
Level 4 - Response Time 2 to 5 days $40am hour PREPAID (quarter hour increments)
Level 4 - general questions, move a button, employee edit, menu items operation questions
