I'm undertaking Chinese-English and vise versa translation and interpreting, with 10 years' experience.
I'm a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, a freelancer Interpreter and translator between English and Mandarin Chinese mainly, at the same time I can do commonly-used Portuguese and Tetun interpretation and translation.
I can do texts translation, documents translation including uncommon file formats, video subtitles translation and edition.
For video subtitles, if you can offer me already-done one-language subtitles it'll be better. But you know the most timeconsuming process is to translate and listen the audio, so this step i will charge more fees. Then i'll do it on timeline of videos or audios to add and make the subtitles manually. For the video quality, I'll make it HD with extra fee.
For text files, i will charge it according to the characters and of course based on their types, which means articles in special fields will be charged accordingly.
For files with special formats such as helping files of softwares, websites, PDFs, etc. I will also charge you based on the working complexities.
Tips:
1. before you contact me, i need to confirm the source materials in case that i'm not familar with the specific fields and in case that i can't do it well.
2. actuallly, the fee is not permanent for i will charge you depending on the difficulty of your source materials, especially in those professional fields like law, pharmacy, medicines, special technology, and special file formats as well.
3. the payment of translation is based on the total number of words included in the article. Normally 5$ for 100-600 words, 10$ for 600-1000 words, 20$ for 1000-1500 words, 30$ for 1500-2000 words. But i'm still at the begining, and i'll give you guys discount prices.
4. my time is GMT+8, so when you have urgent materials or when you contact me, please take it into consideration for i don't want to be interruped or make you delayed.
