I'm a PhD student in Biostatistics at King's College London and the University of Hong Kong, with extensie training in Data Science and Statistics.
My expertise is in developing data processing and analysis pipelines, and predictive models, as well as in exploring and creating visualisations and reports for data of various scales. I can take a variety of approaches with data, including building rigorous statical models to test research hypotheses, as well as machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications, conducting exploratory data analysis and creating visualisation to gain insight into data sets, and designing data pipelines to create structured data from any source.
I'm competent with a wide range of programming and statistical tools used in data science, including Python, R, C++ with their various libraries, MATLAB, SPSS, SQL and many more. I also have familarity with JavaScript and PHP which allows me to integrate data with the front-end or back-end if needed.
I have experience dealing with data both in academic or industry settings and can comfortably take either approach. I regularly collaborate with experts in their respective fields without a statistical background to aid the statistical component of their projects.
