Work Terms
Hourly Rate: $12–15/hour (negotiable based on project scope)
Availability: Full-time, 40+ hours/week. Available immediately.
Time Zones: Flexible — comfortable working US Eastern, US Pacific, UK (GMT), and EU time zones.
Communication: Daily updates via Guru messenger, email, or Slack. Response time within 2–4 hours during working hours.
Project Approach:

→ Milestone-based delivery — each milestone includes a live demo URL so you can review progress before the next phase is funded.
→ Clean, documented, maintainable code committed to your repository with clear commit messages.
Revisions: Reasonable revisions included within the agreed project scope. Out-of-scope changes discussed transparently before implementation.
NDA: Happy to sign a mutual NDA before project handoff for clients with proprietary systems.
Payment: Milestone-based payments preferred for fixed-price projects. Hourly tracked via Guru's time tracker for hourly engagements.
