Work Terms
We operate around school hours. We will invoice monthly for larger on-going projects, and will invoice on completion of smaller one off projects. We require payment up front for any outworking such as outworked digital or offset printing. Or before the hand over of any digital assets created by us.
Our preferred communication style is via email. We have found that our client's and potential client's communicate more accurately through email as to what they are after, what their deadline and cost expectations are and they can also email any digital assets that help us give them an accurate quote on how long their project is likely to take.
