Work Terms

I work straightforward so we both know what to expect.
Communication: Clear briefs matter. Tell me exactly what you need upfront so we skip the back-and-forth. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays and update you at key milestones via Guru.
Payment: 50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. Bigger projects can be broken into milestone payments.
Revisions: Two rounds included. Extra revisions are 500 PKR or $5 per round. Big scope changes mean a new quote.
Turnaround: Small projects (copy, design, edits) take 1-2 days. Medium projects (audits, video editing) take 3-5 days. Larger campaigns take 1-2 weeks. Rush jobs cost 50% extra.
Included: Strategy, planning, execution, all deliverables, and support via Guru throughout. You can use the work in your business unless you want it confidential.
Not Included: Unlimited revisions. Changes outside the original agreement. Tweaks after delivery without a new quote.
Approval: Review it and let me know if anything needs adjusting. Stuff within scope—I'll fix it. No response in 3 days means it's approved.
Important:Deposits are non-refundable once I start, but full refund if you cancel before. Projects on hold longer than 2 weeks may shift timeline.
