Ascendant Group – the global leader in CEO branding with over 20 years of industry excellence, seeking an experienced individual or agency to provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance for our business email accounts hosted on GoDaddy.
Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot email issues (delivery, syncing, access)
Set up, modify, and delete user accounts as needed
Maintain and optimize DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
Ensure domain-level email security and uptime
Provide quick response to support requests and implement improvements
Liaise with GoDaddy support when escalations are required
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience with GoDaddy email systems (Professional Email, Microsoft 365, Workspace, or cPanel)
Solid understanding of email protocols, DNS configuration, and security standards
Proven reliability and excellent communication skills
Availability for ongoing monthly support and urgent issues as needed
Experience supporting executive or corporate email systems preferred
This is a long-term support role with potential for extended collaboration.
