We are looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel operator who can take ownership of automated lead intake and qualification across two service-based businesses.


This role is for someone who understands how leads actually enter a business, both online and offline, and can turn that into fast, reliable, AI-assisted systems that run with minimal oversight.



The Businesses

  • Professional tax preparation services for individuals and business owners
  • PRP services delivered remotely, based in London


What You Will Own

You will design, build, and maintain an end-to-end automated intake and qualification system inside GoHighLevel.


This includes:

  • Building and managing forms, surveys, calendars, and pipelines

  • Connecting lead sources from:


    • Website traffic

    • Facebook ads and organic

    • LinkedIn

    • Instagram

    • In-person conversations, referrals, and word-of-mouth leads


  • Designing intake flows that work for:


    • Manual lead entry by staff

    • QR codes or short links are used in person

    • Follow-up automation after offline conversations


  • Implementing AI where it actually adds value, such as:


    • Intelligent follow-up and question sequencing

    • Initial lead qualification via text or email

    • Reducing back-and-forth before human contact


  • Building and managing automation across:


    • Text messages

    • Phone calls and voicemail drops

    • Email sequences


  • Ensuring leads are qualified, tagged, scored, and routed correctly before reaching sales

  • Keeping all lead activity centralized and auditable


What We Expect You to Already Know

This role assumes you can operate independently from day one.

You should already be comfortable with:

  • Translating business processes into automation logic

  • Designing workflows without templates or hand-holding

  • Integrating AI thoughtfully rather than indiscriminately

  • Debugging broken workflows, messaging logic, and routing issues

  • Moving quickly without breaking systems


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a VA role

  • Not a basic funnel builder role

  • Not a template-only automation role

  • Not a slow onboarding or training position


Tools You Will Likely Use

  • GoHighLevel CRM, workflows, pipelines

  • SMS, email, and call automation

  • AI-assisted intake and qualification logic

  • QR codes and short links for offline capture

  • Reporting for lead flow quality and conversion


Success Looks Like

  • Leads arrive automatically from all channels, online and offline

  • Follow-up starts immediately via text, email, or call logic

  • AI handles early-stage qualification where appropriate

  • Sales only speaks to qualified, relevant prospects

  • The system works even when no one is actively managing it
