In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in individuals' journeys to well-being, providing personalized facilitation and acting as a trusted guide. You will facilitate engaging virtual classes, fostering environments for connection and shared strength. Key Qualifications:

Holds a recognized Recovery Coach Certification (CPFS, NCPRSS, RCPF, or an RCP who is actively in the process of obtaining RCPF certification).
Possesses a strong, empathetic understanding of mental health, addiction, and recovery processes and strategies.
Ability to communicate with exceptional empathy, clarity, and genuine care.
Capacity to powerfully motivate, inspire, and empower individuals to believe in themselves and their capacity for change.
Previous experience facilitating is a significant plus, though not strictly required.

Compensation:
This contract position offers compensation at $250 per class.

Important Notes:
All facilitators will go through Sparkle's classes to witness and experience our unique training techniques.
All facilitators will be on a 60-day evaluation basis.
Must be based out of the USA and have all certifications.
