Title: Data Pull & Enrichment – Segment

Description:We are building Graviton’s enriched federal contractor database by segment. This project is for Segment 3: 8(a) Firms in Years 6–9 of Program (approaching graduation).
Scope of Work:
Data Sources:
Pull from DSBS for company identity, certifications, and contact details.
Pull from USAspending.gov for 2024 award history and procurement metadata (award type A/B/C only).
Criteria:
SBA 8(a) certified.
In years 6–9 of the 9-year 8(a) program.
$50K–$10M in prime federal awards in the most recent FY.
Merging & Enrichment:
Merge DSBS and USAspending records via UEI or CAGE.
Include Apollo-ready identifiers for internal contact enrichment.
Include all required schema fields from the Graviton SOP (71+ columns: identity, certifications, award data, HCO, firmographics, etc.).
Formatting:
One row per company, clean CSV format, upload-ready for Lemlist & HubSpot.
Exclude assistance awards (loans, grants, etc.).
HCO fields must be present, even if blank.
Revenue/employee count numeric only, or blank if unavailable.
Automation Expectation:This process must be fully automated. A skilled data analyst will:
Use Python (pandas), PowerQuery, SQL joins, or equivalent to merge datasets.
Apply award type and date filters programmatically via USAspending’s Advanced Search or API.
Normalize firmographics and procurement metadata using scripts or macros.
Prepare Apollo batch uploads for contact enrichment (no manual row-by-row entry).Given the volume (5,000+ companies per segment), manual workflows are not acceptable.
Deliverables:
Final CSV meeting Graviton schema standards.
Summary of methodology, filters applied, and any anomalies.
Budget & Timeline:
Flat Fee: $30 USD
Delivery: Within 3 business days of award.
