I provide a variety of services to clients, including consulting and writing services. My combined 18 years of experience includes export traffic manager, export customer service, import specialist and account manager. Among my duties as export traffic manager, I was office manager, and performed the duty for 5 years in assisting the president of the company with writing letters for business correspondence and speaking Spanish with overseas companies. Working with import and export issues has been a basis of my 18 year career. I have experience researching and implementing supply chain documentation, letter of credit, compliance and logistics. Currently, I pursued a Paralegal Certificate to gain the needed skills for trade compliance legal research and writing. I have also gained Export Compliance Professional status with the Export Compliance Training Institute.
