My greatest strengths are that I thrive in fast paced dynamic environment, highly self-motivated person with strong work ethics by analyzing, planning, prioritizing and results oriented while exhibiting professionalism and sound judgment • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Involved in the preparation of a five year strategic plan that involved all departments by compiling and ensuring the plan is followed up by facilitating reports from the department, and understanding how to perform cost/benefit analyses and consult with management if estimated costs are close to or above budget. • Research and Finance Skills: Enhance research and financial skills portrayed when reviewing financial reports prepared by department managers and bringing to attention the CEO on substantial issues saving which have reduced costs by over 20%. • Organizations Skills: Handling of company and CEO calendar and diary respectively with an ability to prioritize portrayed through Developed new filing and organizational practices, saving the company around Ksh. 250,000 year 2016 in contracted labor expenses. • Analytical skills: Good eye for detail and exploration of information and ability to identify for instance emphasis on conducting regular collateral analysis, enhancing charges and compliance of the customer to set out regulations thus saving the company from obtaining less than set price borrowed in numerous occasions. • Competitive skills: Used to working at odd hours to complete set out tasks. Making early morning planning and strategies for different daily work set up. • Communication and Presentation skills: I am able to communicate clearly both verbal and written using the right channels and exercising confidentiality, having managed to present weekly presentations to both clients and investors in a bid to entice our prospects to actual customers. • Cohesiveness Leadership: exceptional cohesive team work by leading teams mainly experienced in my role and also through set out committees to oversee year set strategies aimed at set company goals through inclusion. • Technical and Analytical Skill: Good Command of Windows packages and conversant with Enterprise Resource Management systems.
