Administrative/Personal Assistant

In addition to that I have prior experience working as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. My role was to provide back end administrative support to the executive team at my company. My role was directly aligned with that of the Executive, Marketing & Sales Team of the company where I work with teammates to help develop marketing lists of prospective real estate property owners to be utilized for the solicitation of the company services to prospective clients. In addition, I collected KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and assist my team in tracking performance of all the company personnel. I was responsible for generating leads, setting appointment with potential clients and email handling just to name a few. I am also familiar with a few skip trace software such as TLO and Skip Genie which can be very useful in gathering potential lead. Some task i perform: Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. Assist in training staff members and new hires. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion. Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items Respond to questions and requests for information Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
